About Booking
There are two private rooms for the majority of our services. The Quiet Cave has a 3-person IR sauna combined with salt-therapy and a red-light therapy panel. The Ocean Room has a 4-person infrared sauna with a moist salt mist, a cold plunge with aromatherapy, and a red-light therapy table. Pricing varies, and there are intro sessions available for both rooms. Again, the rooms are private for you and any guests if desired.
