About Booking
There are two private rooms for the majority of our services. The Quiet Cave has a 3-person IR sauna combined with salt-therapy and a red-light therapy panel. The Ocean Room has a 4-person infrared sauna with a moist salt mist, a cold plunge with aromatherapy, and a red-light therapy table. Pricing and availability vary between the rooms, so check both and look for the "intro" in either room if this is your first visit. The rooms are private for you and any of your guests.
